Reba Singletary Smith

Reba Singletary Smith, age 85, died Monday, December 23, 2019 in the Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach, SC. Born July 14, 1934 in Robeson County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Alton and Ruth Ward Singletary and the widow of the late Robert Smith.

She is survived by three brothers: Paul Singletary and his wife Barbara of York, SC, Robert Singletary and wife Betty of York, SC and Weldon Singletary and wife Mary Lou of Whiteville, NC; two sisters: Mildred Harper of Tabor City, NC and Lois Small and her husband Larry of Whiteville, NC.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Edward Singletary and Raymond Singletary; brother-in-law: Cordell Harper.

She was a retired Columbus County School teacher and a member of Faith Holiness Church.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 26, 2019 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 27, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
