Mr. Paul Ward, age 77, of Honey Hill Rd, Hallsboro, NC, died Tuesday, October 02, 2018 in his home. Born March 30, 1941 in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of the late Thomas Albert Ward and Alberta White Ward.
He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and a member of Cypress Creek Freewill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Jane Leho Ward of Hallsboro, NC; two sons: Tom Ward of Chattaroy, WA, Patrick Raynor of Hallsboro, NC ; two daughters: Tammie Ward of Spokane, WA, Laura Norton of Hallsboro, NC; eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by an infant son and two brothers: Charlie Lee Ward and Carl Calvin Ward.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 5, 2018 at 3 PM in the Cypress Creek Freewill Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Hosea Simmons Cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church.
