Mrs. Melba Elois Mills Watts, age 85, of Norris Rd., Tabor City, NC, died Sunday, April 15, 2018 in the McLeod Loris Hospital.  Born December 21, 1932 in Columbus County, NC she was the daughter of the late David Paul Mills and Doris Lee Stephens Mills and the widow of Dale Watts.

She is survived by one son: Rocky Dale Watts of Tabor City, NC; one brother: Anthony “Tony” Mills of Redding, CA; three sisters: Hilda Norris of Tabor City, NC, Nancy Turner of Nichols, SC, Clara Lee Mills of Tabor City, NC; two grandchildren: Derick (Lacey) Watts of Loris, SC, Danna Watts of Tabor City, NC; one great grandchild: Ellah Watts.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother: Larry Mills and one sister: Barbara Ann Mills Grainger.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 3 PM in the New Life Baptist Church, Tabor City, NC.  Burial will follow in the Spivey Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
