Mrs. Fostine Jacobs Long, age 81, died Wednesday, May 29, 2019 in her home. Born February 23, 1938 in Columbus County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Jacobs and Allie Smith Jacobs.
She is survived by her husband: Thelton Seawall Long of the home; two sons: Scott Long and wife Michelle of Nakina, NC and Morris Long of Nakina, NC; one sister: Mary Jane Martin of Statesville, NC; three grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
She was a member of Dulah Missionary Baptist Church in Tabor City, NC.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11AM in the Dulah Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church.
