Nichols, SC

Dorothy Buffkin age 81 died Wednesday May 17, 2017 in her home surrounded by family. Born in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of Dalton Graham and Letha Todd. She was the widow of Alton Buffkin.

She is survived by two sons: Tony Buffkin of Loris, SC, and Ray Buffkin of Aynor, SC. Two daughters: Dorothy Gail Cribb of Nichols, SC, Ann Dorman Galivants Ferry, SC. one brother, Gary Hedwin of Thomasville, NC. One sister: Bonnie Hedwin of Tabor City, NC, nine grandchildren and fourteen great grand-children.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, and four brothers.    

Visitation will be held Thursday May 18, 2017 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Friday May19, 2017 at 11:00AM in the Gapway Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
