Paxton, IL

Donald Fowler age 79 formerly of Tabor City died Monday (July 4th, 2011) in Carl Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL. He was the son of the late Columbus O. and Rosa Lee Wright Fowler. He was a veteran of the U.S Air Force and a member of New Life Baptist Church in Tabor City.  He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Cates Fowler. He is survived by two step sons J.D. Dority of Orangeburg, SC., Edward Dority of Atlanta, GA., two sisters, Betha Summerline of Leland, NC. , Bernice Lustfeldt of Paxton, IL. and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00AM in the Inman Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Myrtle Green Cemetery in Tabor City, NC. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Friday in the funeral home chapel.
