Carrie Lou Wilson Wright, age 79, died Friday, January 10, 2020 in her home. Born February 27, 1940 in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Wilson and Annie Livingston Wilson and the widow of Jerry Lee Wright.
She is survived by one daughter: Jerri Price and husband Joey of Tabor City, NC; one son: David Wright and fiancée Cynthia Cribb of Tabor City, NC; three sisters: Linda Hardee of Loris, SC, Barbara Ammons of Surfside Beach, SC and Saundra Wright Norman of Tabor City, NC; two grandchildren: J.P. Price and wife Kaycee of Whiteville, NC and Mason Price and wife Amanda of Dunn, NC; five great grandchildren: Knox, Laynee, Jett, Levi and Ellie.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother: Johnny Marlowe; three sisters: Dorothy McFadden, Clara Bartro and Faye Hamilton; and adopted parents: Arthur and Mickie Marlowe.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 13, 2020 at 11 AM in the New Life Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Wright Cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church.
