I served on the RC&D board several years with Bobby and he was all promoting conservation practices both on the farm and the non rural areas. Also, he was dedicated to his "job" attend meeting regularly and participated in discussions. I ran into he and Pat in a restaurant back in the spring and visited with him. Glad I had the opportunity to know him.
