Billy Don Phipps, age 47, of Hwy 930, Loris, SC, died Monday, June 18, 2018 in his home. Born December 8, 1970 in Horry County, SC, he was the son of the late Rose Marie Phipps.

He is survived by one sister: Anita Faye Rowell of Loris, SC.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister: Barbara Kay Phipps; and one brother: Kenneth Ray Phipps.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 7 PM to 9 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 2 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Graham Cemetery.
