Bettye Benton Hinson

Bettye Benton Hinson age 72 died Saturday (November 17, 2018) in McLeod Loris Hospital, Loris, SC. Born in Horry County, SC she was the daughter of the late Louis Dow “L.D.” Benton and Catherine “Kitty” Godfrey Benton.

She is survived by four daughters, Missy McMillan (Tony) of Lumberton, NC., Tomi Sue Enzor (Alvin) of Tabor City, NC., Erica Jackson (Ron) of Nakina, NC., Macyne Garrell (Eric) of Chadbourn, NC., Three sisters, Jane Marie Dailey of Suffolk, VA., Elaine Stanley of Brick Landing, NC., Margret Hughes of Ash, NC., One grandson, RJ Jackson, and a  beloved puppy Sweet Pea.

She attended Lake Swamp Baptist Church, Loris, SC.

She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with family and her loving puppy. She was a bookkeeper for 30 years working from home caring for and teaching and loving her children.

Visitation will be held Monday November 19, 2018 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm in Inman Ward Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday November 20, 2018 at 11:00AM in Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Myrtle Green Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
