I knew Bill when I was an Auxiliary Police Officer with the Wilmington Police Department from 1977 to 1979. He always had a smile when I "ran into him".

I am sorry to hear of Bills passing. We worked together at Wilmington Police Department and about 8 years ago he helped me with some work on WPD's Historical Project. He was an excellent Investigator and a true gentleman.

I am so sorry to hear about Bill. He was such a kind person and had the best personality. The last time I saw him was at the show at the Ritz. I had a feeling he was not well then. I always enjoyed talking to him. He and I shared the same view on politics. May God comfort each and every one.
