Mr. Terry Franklin Smith, age 52, died Tuesday, August 16, 2016 in the Columbus Regional Healthcare System, Whiteville, NC. Born September 30, 1963 in Horry County, SC, he was the son of Mary Lucille Monroe Smith and the late Leo Smith.

He is survived by his mother: Mary Lucille Monroe Smith; his wife: Jenise W Smith of Nakina, NC; two daughters: Kendra Smith Strickland of Clarendon, NC, Sheena Smith Cartrette of Nakina, NC; one step daughter: Heather Phillips of Nakina, NC; three brothers: Leo Junior Smith of Tabor City, NC, Rev. Kenneth Smith of Tabor City, NC, Paul Smith of Myrtle Beach, SC; one sister: Patricia Fowler of Tabor City, NC; four grandchildren and two step grandchildren.

In addition to his father he is preceded in death by one brother: Franklin Lavon Smith.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 19, 2016 at 2 PM in the Mishop United Methodist Church, Whiteville, NC.
