Mary Alice Boyd Alioto, age 80, died Friday, November 17, 2017 in Columbus Regional Hospital, Whiteville, NC. Born in Columbus County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Eva Norris Boyd.

She is survived by her husband: Nicholas 'Nick' Alioto; two sons: Charles Graham of Clarendon, NC and Nicholas Blake Alioto of Tabor City, NC. One daughter: Phyllis Edwards of Clarendon, NC, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter: Kitty Jo Hayes, three brothers: AC Boyd, WB Boyd and Wayne Boyd. Five sisters: Clara Boyd, Elouise B. Grimsley, Daphne Boyd, Hilda Simmons and Edith Buffkin.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 19, 2017 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held Monday, November 20, 2017 at 11:00AM in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
