Clarendon, NC

Hellen Chester Gore age 84 of Clarendon died Sunday in her home. Born in Iredell County, NC. She was the daughter of the late James Earl Chester and Bulah Campbell Chester.

She was the widow of the late Joseph Aaron "Bill" Gore.

She is survived by three sons: Joseph A. Gore Jr. wife Linda of Clarendon. Stephen T. Gore  wife Paula of Sunset Beach, NC Timothy Gene Gore  wife Theresa of Clarendon, NC. Four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother James Earl Chester. Three sisters: Isabelle McAllister, Nan Talbert, and Ann Chester.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00AM in Bethel United Methodist Church with burial to follow in Bethel Memorial Cemetery, Clarendon,NC.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.
