Mrs. Debbie Eloise Clemmons age 77 died Sunday, October 25, 2015 in the Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Whiteville, NC. Born July 2, 1938 in Horry County, she was the daughter of the late Hilbert Charles Stephens and Leona Tempie Fipps Stephens.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sons: Charles Bernard Floyd, Jack W. Floyd; and one daughter: Mincey Floyd
She is survived by two sisters: Bonnie Faye Edwards of Whiteville, Dorothy Lee Ludlum of Whiteville; two brothers: George Stephens of Tabor City, Bobby Stephens of Hallsboro; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.
A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 2 PM in the Graham Cemetery, Loris, SC.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Liberty Hospice Home Care & Hospice Services, 46 McNeill Plaza, Whiteville, NC 28472.
