Ms. Connie Jean Simmons, age 60, died Sunday, April 3, 2016, in her home.  Born November 23, 1955 in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of the late David D. “Jack” Nealey and Margaret L. Nealey.

She is survived by one sister: Sandra E. Walker and husband Donnie of Surfside Beach, SC; and one brother: Curtis D. Nealey and wife Sherry of Tabor City, NC.

Ms. Simmons was employed by AVX Corporation in Myrtle Beach, SC for thirty three years.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 8, 2016 at 2 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel, Tabor City. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
