Ann Clark Shepard, age 63, died Monday, December 25, 2017 in New Hanover Regional Hospital, Wilmington, NC. Born September 4, 1954 in New Hanover County, she was the daughter of the late Julian Clark and Annie Belle Matthews Adams and the widow of Larry Wayne Shepard.

She is survived by two daughters: Alice Garrell of Tabor City, NC and Jennifer Roane of Virginia Beach, VA; one brother Julian Kenneth Adams of Wilmington, NC; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by one brother: Danny Llewellyn Adams.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Powell Cemetery, Tabor City.
